Ronald J. Muir

Ronald J. Muir, 57, of Northampton, passed away Thursday June 24th. He was the son of the late Robert L. Muir and Madeline (Nebel) Muir.

Ron worked for the U.S. Postal Service in Northampton as a rural letter carrier for many years. Prior to this he delivered flowers for Bob's Flower Shop. He was a member of the Wednesday Night Hungarian Hall Dart League. Ronald enjoyed riding his bike and taking trips to the shore.

He was well liked and loved by many. He will be missed by all those whom he has embraced.

Surviving are his wife Suzanne M. Muir; son Ryan W. Muir; sister Shantee Totten; half-brothers Daniel, Brian and Matthew Magliane and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his brother David "Hunter" Muir.

Graveside services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, July 6th 2021 at Friends Southwestern Burial Ground, 236 Powell Ln, Upper Darby, PA 19082. There will be a Memorial Service held at a later date. Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, 1227 W. Hamilton St., Allentown is assisting the family.
