Ardella L. Fegley

 Ardella L. Fegley (Swoyer) 69, went to be with the Lord on Saturday, January 11, 2014 after a 6-1/2 yr. battle with pancreatic cancer. 

Her family was by her side.  She was wife of Charles R. Fegley of Zionsville, daughter of Glenna A. (Beitler) Swoyer  and the late

Irvin S. Swoyer of Topton.  Born in Fogelsville, she was raised most of her life in Topton, and was 1962 Graduate of Brandywine Heights High School. 

Early years she worked at Allen Organ, many years worked at Rodale Press, Inc., and later was a care giver.  

She was the perfect, devoted, loving mother and wife, loved her family, relatives, and many friends more than anything, gave of herself unconditionally to care for

others, and she always saw the best in everyone.  She loved to cook, loved animals, gardening and was a superb artist.

 

Survivors:  Husband; Daughter, Lori A. Fegley of Perkasie; Brothers, Larry I. Swoyer and wife Janet of Fleetwood, and Leon Swoyer of Breinigsville;

four nephews and one niece.  Predeceased by her father and one niece.

 

Services:  Memorial service will be held 2 p.m. Saturday, January 18, at St. Peter’s United Church of Christ, 122 W. Franklin Street, Topton, PA.  Friends and family may gather one hour prior.  Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.  www.eliasfuneralhome.com
