Douglas Frey, 59, of Orefield, died Sunday, Sep. 27 at his home. Born in Allentown, he was a son of Bernadine (Jacobs) Miller and the late Kenneth Frey. He worked for over 25 years as a manager at NCS (National Coatings & Supplies, former Kline's Auto) in Allentown. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, outdoor activities, and watching NASCAR, and was a member of the Guthsville and Kuhnsville Rod & Gun Clubs. 
 
Survivors: mother Bernadine; three sons Jeffrey of Texas, Jared of Allentown, and Jacob of Orefield; sisters Diane Drumheller of Allentown and Deborah Kutish of Orefield. He was predeceased by his brothers Dennis and David, and a daughter Amber.
 
Services: Memorial gathering and visitation on Thursday, Oct. 1 from 7 p.m. until 8:30 at Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, 1227 W. Hamilton St., Allentown.
