Maximo Acevedo, 100 yrs., of Whitehall passed away December 28th at his home. He was the husband of Lucia Acevedo. Born in Dominican Republic, he was a son of the late Juan Acevedo and Matilde Nuñez. He worked as an accountant. 

He is survived by his wife Lucia; children Margarita, Otoniel, Maritza, Johanna, Roxanna, Angel, Yessenia, Lucy, Maximo Jr., Matilde and Max Acevedo; siblings Maria and Jose Acevedo; 23 grandchildren, many great grandchildren and extended family.

Services: viewing on Sunday, January 4th at Iglesia Adventista Del 7mo Día Comunitaria De Allentown, 1109 Linden St., Allentown starting at 2:00 p.m., with funeral service beginning at 3:00. Private burial at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown. Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
