Fouad Assad, 59, of Allentown, died Wednesday at St. Luke's Hospital, Fountain Hill. He was the husband of Naziha (Ibrahim) Assad. Born in Syria, he is a son of Othman Ibrahim and the late Mariam Hallak.
Survivors: Father; wife Naziha; sons Jalad and Amer; daughter Tahany; brothers Elias, Shukry, Issa and Anwar; sisters Dalal, Ghada and Shukrieh; one grandchild.
Services: Funeral at 11:00 a.m. Friday, St. George Orthodox Church, 1011 Catasauqua Ave., Allentown. Calling hour prior to service. Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
