Michael T. Kirk

Michael Timothy Kirk, 35, of Allentown passed away peacefully at his home on September 17th with his loving family following a courageous battle with sarcoma. He worked as a sous chef in various New York City and Lehigh Valley restaurants. He embraced fatherhood, a passion that also spelled out in his love of animals, reading and video games.

He is survived by the love of his life, son Maxwell Girard and Maxwell's mother, Caitlin Costello; his  mother Adriane B. Kirk; brother Matthew W. Kirk and partner Brandy Davis along with multiple faithful and loving family including aunts, uncles, cousins and dear friends, too many to name. He was preceded in death by his father Max F. Kirk, beloved aunt Kathy Kirk, and uncle Douglas Heckert.

Deep in our hearts you will always stay, loved and remembered every day.

A memorial service will be arranged at the family farm in the near future. Contributions can be made to the Maxwell G. Kirk Educational Fund, in care of his family.  Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
