Issam Z. Skaf

Issam Skaf, 60, of Sinking Spring, PA passed away on Sunday, October 3, 2021 in Reading Hospital. He is the loving husband of Aieda (Nanouh) Skaf, whom he married on July 31, 1985. Issam was known as the most loving, supportive, and dedicated husband and father. In addition to his family, he will be missed by the many lifelong friends he made over the years.

Born in Al Mishtayh, Syria, Issam was the son of the late Zaki and Afifeh (Nanouh) Skaf. Issam is survived by his children, David and his fiancé, Sandra Belouny, Hosam, and Jennifer Skaf; and his brother Nicola, husband of Tami (Allen) Sinking Spring, PA; his sisters Janet, wife of Joseph Nanouh of Sinking Spring, PA, Mouna, wife of Joseph Salloum of Allentown, PA, Lina, wife of Maan Sallit of Macungie, PA. He was loved and adored by all his nieces and nephews.

The family will receive condolences from 6 – 9 p.m. Tuesday at St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 1011 Catasauqua Ave. Allentown, PA 18102.

Services: A public viewing for the family will be held Wednesday, October 6, 2021 at 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. in St. George Antiochian Orthodox Church, 1011 Catasauqua Ave., Allentown, Pa. 18102. A funeral service will be held at 11 a.m, and burial at Laurel Cemetery to follow. Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
