Dmitri Vezenov

Dmitri Vezenov, age 54 of Center Valley passed away on Friday, October 29th at his home after a prolonged battle with cancer. He was the husband of Marina Busuek. Born in Ryazan, Russian Federation, he was the son of Vitaly and Valetina Vezenov. 
Dr. Vezenov came to the United States in 1991, doing graduate studies in Boston and earning his Doctorate degree from Harvard University. He moved to the Lehigh Valley in 2006 and began his teaching career at Lehigh University as a professor of physical chemistry. 
He is survived by his parents; wife Marina and children Maxim, Elizabeth and Zoe Vezenov at home; brother Roman Vezenov and extended family in Russia.

Services: visitation on Thursday, Nov. 4 starting at 11:00 a.m. at Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, 1227 W. Hamilton St., Allentown with service at 12:00 noon. Burial will follow at Fountain Hill cemetery. Directions at: www.AllentownFunerals.com.
