Paul Dennis Kershner, Sr., 78, of Allentown, PA passed away on Monday, February 21, 2022, at home.

He was born on October 24, 1943, in Boyertown, PA to Edwin and Hettie (Baus) Kershner.

Beloved by his wife Kista of Allentown, PA. They were happily married for over 30 years. He enjoyed being a member of the Calvary Moravian Church.

Paul grew up in Boyertown, PA and graduated from Boyertown Area High School in 1961. He loved baseball, especially the Dodgers; being a little league coach; and attending his children’s and grandchildren’s sporting events.

Following graduation, he held various jobs in the retail industry, including proprietor of LeFevre Department Store in Boyertown as well as management at Leh’s Department Stores, before retiring from Marshalls. 

Paul was preceded in death by his parents Edwin and Hettie Kershner, and baby son Mark.

Paul is survived by his wife Kista of Allentown; brother Gene Kershner (husband of Bonnie); daughters Jacqueline St. John (wife of Rodney); Kathryn Kershner; Gwendolyn Supplee (wife of Adam); and son Paul Kershner, Jr.; stepdaughters Brigetta Taddei (wife of John); Kimberlee Solari (wife of Richard); and Erica Belzecky; and grandchildren Tiffany, Matthew, Jared, Jaycie, Chelsea, Alison, Douglas, James, Michael, Paul, Catherine, and Grace.

A service of remembrance will be held at 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 14th at Calvary Moravian Church, 948 N. 21st Street, Allentown.
