Joel R. Walters

Joel Walters, 61, of Coopersburg passed away April 9th at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Cedar Crest. He was the husband of Lynn (Urland) Walters for over 23 years. Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Raymond and Barbara (Polster) Walters. He was a 1979 graduate of Parkland High school, and worked for Otterbine Barebo Company of Emmaus before becoming disabled. Joel was a musician and loved the Beatles and loved playing the guitar.

He is survived by his wife Lynn; brother William and nephew Chris; other nephews include Dustin, Dillon, Colton and niece Madison, along with his “fur children” Micky and Molly.

Services: A celebration of life will be held Saturday, April 23rd from 1:00 to 5:00 p.m. with a service at 2:30 at the Penn's West Clubhouse, 6701 Pioneer Drive, Macungie, Pa. 18062.
