Richard E. Parker, 79, of Allentown passed away September 5th at St. Luke's Hospital, Bethlehem. Born in Memphis, Tennessee, he was a son of the late Leon and Leonora Parker. He was the husband of Constance (Strohl) Parker. Richard was a metallurgical engineer for the U.S. Government, and a veteran of the Army.

He is survived by his wife Connie; sons Rev. Alle Parker and Brock Parker and extended family. He was predeceased by twin sons Joshua and Zachary.

Private burial will be held at Grandview Cemetery, Allentown.
