Denise Lynn Kuhns

Denise Lynn Kuhns passed away peacefully on September 7, 2024, at the age of 61 years. Born on March 14, 1963, in Allentown, PA, she was the daughter of Gerald J. Fillman Sr. and the late Bonita J. Fillman (Wieder). She graduated from Emmaus High School class of 1980.

Denise had a wonderful marriage of 19 years to James L. Kuhns. While raising their children together they enjoyed many family vacations to the beach and loved being a mother to her four children and "Jamma" to seven grandchildren. During the years of operating her own cleaning business, Denise had a passion for caring for her elderly clients. She also found joy in singing, gardening, performing in the community theater and was a lover of all animals.

Denise L. Kuhns is survived by her children, Amber Kuhns-Koehler and husband Aaron, Ashton Kuhns, Erin Badaloto and husband T.J., Ethan Kuhns and wife Shaina; Grandchildren Jadyn, Gavin, Noah, Landon, Carter, Jayden and Dax; and Siblings Susan Schweitzer, Amy Hoadley, Shane Fillman, Jerry Fillman and extended family. She was preceded in death by a brother, Keith S. Fillman and niece Lea Fillman.

Services will be private, arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
