Concepcion C. Rosado, 85 of Allentown, PA was called home on May 2, 2025 to be with our Heavenly Father and surrounded by her loving family. She was born in Ponce, Puerto Rico. She worked as a day care assistant at the Volunteers of America years ago as well as a Sunday school teacher at Mt. Sinai Church. Before retiring in 2012, she worked as a custodian at the Lehigh County government center for many years.

She was a strong, loving, devoted, dedicated, caring mother whom also accepted everyone outside her family tree as her own. She was a total mama bear and she loved singing and dancing. She was full of life, a beautiful woman with a huge heart not only for people but also for animals. She was an amazing cook and always kept our home in-tact and gave the best she could as a mother. She is now a beautiful angel spreading her wings and watching over all of us. She will be missed but never forgotten.

She is survived by her children Marta Hoppel, Augusto C. Collazo, Ruben Collazo, Israel Collazo, Deborah Colon, Noemi Torres, wife of Luis, Ismael Colon Jr., fiancé to Stacy Thompson, Rebecca Colon and Elvis Colon; 13 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by her sons Jesus Manuel Collazo Jr. and Augusto Cesar Collazo (the first); a daughter Conchita “Connie” Collazo; a sister Ana and grandson, William.

Services: viewing Saturday, May 10th starting at 10:00 a.m. at Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, 1227 W. Hamilton St., Allentown. Funeral service at 12:00 noon with burial following at Cedar Hill Memorial Park, Allentown.
