Danforth H. Leach

Danforth H. Leach, 86, passed away May 19, 2015 at Lehigh Commons, Macungie, PA. He was born September 6, 1928 in Providence, RI, the son of the late Walker Leach and Miriam D. Leach. Mr. Leach was a graduate of St. Paul’s School in Concord, NH, Babson College and the University of Minnesota Law School.  During his career he worked for the family business - the Glenwood Range Company, Standard Oil, International Dairy Queen and in private practice. He retired to Naples, FL, where he was president and active member of the Country Club of Naples.

He is survived by daughter Ann Biernat-Rucker of Allentown, PA; son Danforth Leach, Jr. (Ginger) of Edina, MN; daughter Katherine Voshell (Peter) of Sartell, MN; son John Hoeft (Tracy) of Plymouth, MN; and 9 grandchildren. Mr. Leach was predeceased by his brother, Robert M. Leach.

Services will be private. Arrangements are being handled by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home.
