Frank S. Valek

Frank S. Valek, 82, died July 25 in his home in Allentown.  He worked in management at Western Electric Telephone before retiring.  Born in Allentown, he was a son of the late Lucas and Elizabeth (Biscopek) Valek.  Frank was an active member of the Lehigh Chapter #60, order of AHEPA (American Hellenic Educational Progressive Association) and was a longtime collector of antiques, especially Victorian and Oriental styles.  He will be remembered and sadly missed by his family, friends and the brotherhood of AHEPA.

Survivors:  Sisters Rose Bauer of Allentown, Mary Dech; Nieces Veronica Stroh, Joan and David.

Mr. Valek's wishes were to have no services, and his family has honored his request.  Arrangements by Nicos C. Elias Funeral Home, Allentown.
