Rose N. Shabot

Rose Nadine Shabot, 90, of Allentown passed away peacefully into God's hands Saturday, July 25 at the home of her daughter, Roseanne Good. She was the daughter of Rosa (Kracher) and Edwin Fischl, (Sr.) For 55 years, she was the loving wife of John Shabot, who passed away on February 14, 2006. Rose graduated from Allentown High School in 1942, and for many years worked as a bookkeeper. After retiring, she was a devoted grandmother and caregiver to her only granddaughter, Jameson (Good) Lausch. The memory of her perseverance, courage, and love of family will always be remembered. She was a wonderful wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and great grandmother.

Survivors: In addition to her daughter Roseanne, of Macungie, she is survived by granddaughter Jameson Leigh Lausch and her husband Devin of Macungie, brother Dr. Edwin C. Fischl, wife Dr. Andrea Fischl and their four children, all from Pittsburgh, PA, and three great granddaughters, Addison, Emersyn, and Lila Lausch.
